We offer two group class programs — CrossFit for all fitness levels, and MOVE for beginners who want to build a base before picking up a barbell. Both are coach-led, community-driven, and fully scalable.

Our signature group class. Constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity — every session is coach-led, scalable to your level, and designed to build real-world fitness. Expect a warm-up, skill work, strength segment, and a WOD (Workout of the Day) in 60 minutes.

MOVE is our high-intensity HIIT program designed for beginners — no barbell required. Each 55-minute class uses bodyweight movements, interval training, and cardio equipment (bikes, rowers, etc.) to build a strong fitness foundation.
If you're new to group fitness or not quite ready for CrossFit, MOVE is where you start. Many MOVE members eventually transition to CrossFit — but plenty love MOVE and stay.

Our Legends class is reserved for members aged 65 and older. It focuses on improving the function of activities of daily living — strength, balance, mobility, and coordination — in a supportive, small-group environment.
