CrossFit Open Night #1

The Open is a series of workouts spaced across three weeks. Individuals can do the workouts from anywhere: their affiliates, at home, in a park, or even on a beach — although you might find yourself eating sand if the workouts call for burpees! The Open follows the same cadence each week.

We host the Open workout each Friday. We encourage spectators and enjoying an adult beverage (responsibly).
