The Open is a series of workouts spaced across three weeks. Individuals can do the workouts from anywhere: their affiliates, at home, in a park, or even on a beach — although you might find yourself eating sand if the workouts call for burpees! The Open follows the same cadence each week.

MURPH HERO WOD
Murph is a CrossFit Hero Workout that stands as a testament to the enduring legacy of U.S. Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy, who died heroically in the line of duty in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005.
Murph was introduced as a CrossFit Hero workout on Aug. 18, 2005, and has become a long-standing tradition observed by CrossFit and a broader global community of athletes. Thousands of CrossFit gyms program Murph each year on Memorial Day as a way to honor Lt. Murphy and all others who have served.
Halloween WOD
The kiddos had their fun on Friday night and now it’s our turn. Dress up in your favorite costume and join us for a workout. After the workout, drinks will be had at Darling’s in Easthampton.
Chad 1000X
The HERO workout “CHAD” in honor of Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson who took his life on October 29, 2018, due to the effects of numerous deployments, several TBIs, blast wave injuries, and PTSD. Our goal is to honor Chad’s life and legacy and to raise awareness for suicide prevention.

12 Days of Christmas WOD
Each year we do a Christmas WOD. We try to make it fun and challenging at the same time. If you are new to CrossFit, we can scale the workout to your skill level or if you feel more comfortable you can spectate. Spectating will allow you a chance to see how a class runs and also give you a chance to meet other members.
