BEGINNERS WANTED: Our New Year Stronger You Program has taken off and all of the available spots have been secured. Due to the high demand we have decided to open a second session beginning Monday, February 3 through Wednesday, February 26. To recap, the program is four weeks long consisting of two classes per week (Monday and Wednesday at 6:30pm). Each class is designed to to introduce you to CrossFit. This program will lay the foundation for you to achieve your New Year’s health goals! Each member of the class will be new to CrossFit so everyone will be starting at the same spot.
