New Year Stronger You

BEGINNERS WANTED: We are excited to announce our New Year, Stronger You program. A four week program consisting of two classes per week that will introduce you to CrossFit. This program will lay the foundation for you to achieve your New Year’s health goals! The entire group will be new to CrossFit so everyone will be starting at the same spot. This session is CLOSED but we have a February session and you can sign up HERE
