This program is ideal for the beginner to CrossFit or the person who would like to learn more about the movements seen in class, before jumping into a group class. The purpose of Foundations/On-Ramp is to give you a strong technical foundation so that you can safely build your strength and endurance.
This membership begins with 3 one hour sessions, focusing on the movements and lifting techniques that will be seen in our regularly programmed classes.
Once those sessions are completed, members will have 30 days to try out unlimited classes offered at Evolved.
This program has a value of $360. We are offering it for $200.
